  Dylan Delhommois

  Dylan Delhommois is CEO of Romania Insider, a role he took in September 2025. A France native, he moved to Romania in 2021 and decided to stay after falling for the country. Before joining Romania Insider, he built expertise in social media, video, and podcasting, and now leads the publisher's push into new channels — from social media and video content to a podcast series that launched last year. He's also focused on growing partnerships with companies and chambers of commerce, and giving greater visibility to Romanians in the diaspora.

Our story

1. 2010

   Business journalist Corina Chirileasa (Saceanu) creates Romania-Insider.com. Volker Moser, co-founder of City Compass, joins as partner and shareholder before the year is out. The site soon becomes the most read English-language publication dedicated to Romania.

2. 2014

   Romania-Insider.com becomes part of City Compass Media. Andrei Chirileasa joins as editor and partner, later Editorial Director of the group. The Romania Press Review service launches the same year, answering demand from expats and CEOs — and has been delivered every working day since.

3. 2017

   The company welcomes its third shareholder, Grégoire Vigroux.

4. 2026

   Romania-Insider.com is rebuilt from the ground up — a faster site, a growing family of newsletters, and Insider+, the membership that funds our independent reporting.

Romania Insider is what it is today thanks to the people who built it over the years — founder Corina Chirileasa, Andrei Chirileasa, Volker Moser, Grégoire Vigroux, Irina Chirileasa, and Frank Moser among them.
