Philippe has spent the first part of his career in Lyon. Then he chose to explore the exotic side of life, living for a few years at St Barthelemy in the Caribbean Islands, where he got acquainted with the creole cuisine from the Antilles and its local products. Philippe had his debut with Michelin starred chefs who gave him the chance to learn quickly and trust his skills from the beginning. Very inspired by this first period, he decided to choose the path of themed cuisine and the setting up of "monoproduit" concepts. Returning to France he opened his own restaurant in the northern part of Lyon, which was a great success for 7 years and then decided to leave France again, this time heading to Romania.
